Cancellation Policy

At InJoy Nation, we understand that plans can change — and we’re here to help. We offer a limited window to cancel your order and receive a full refund, depending on the status of your order.

For any cancellation request you need to write to us or WhatsApp us (Contact Us) with Order details like Order number, Order Amount and reason to cancel.

We will quickly take action to review the status of the order and will support you in possible cancellation situations.

Remember, we are closed on Sundays or Public holidays so you have little more time window for early cancellation.

1. Early Cancellations – Situation A

You may request to cancel your order within a few hours of placing it for any of the following reasons:

  • Order placed by mistake
  • Selected the wrong size
  • Selected the wrong color or changed your preference
  • Entered an incorrect shipping address
  • Entered an incorrect contact number
  • Changed your mind
  • Found a better price elsewhere
  • Wish to switch to a different product

For a smooth cancellation process, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review your request and initiate a refund if the order hasn’t entered the shipping process.

2. Post-Shipment Cancellations – Situation B

If your order has already been shipped (you will receive an email with tracking details), cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still initiate a return once the product is delivered.

To proceed, please do not unbox the item and initiate a return from your InJoy Nation account.

We recommend reviewing our Return Policy for full instructions.

Although this is no longer a direct cancellation, we’ll support you fully through the return and refund process in accordance with our policy.

3. Cancellation Not Available – Situation C

Cancellations are not possible in the following cases:

  • Orders placed for bulk quantities
  • Customized or personalized orders

For such orders, we ensure close coordination with you during the planning and confirmation stages, so you're fully confident before finalizing your purchase.
