How to Cancel my order?
At InJoy Nation, we understand that plans can change — and we’re here to help. We offer a limited window to cancel your order and receive a full refund, depending on the status of your order.
For any cancellation request you need to write to us or WhatsApp us with Order details like Order number, Order Amount and reason to cancel.

How long does it take to return and refund?
Once the return is picked up, it typically takes up to 15 days for the item to reach our facility, after which we will inspect the product for approval. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
Please note that reverse logistics are usually slower than standard delivery, and an additional 2–3 business days may be required for the refund to reflect in your account. Therefore, the entire process may take approximately 15 days (or slightly longer in rare cases).

How do I return an InJoy Nation Order?
You can can do a self-return on order page within 5 days after delivery, this is fastest and easiest way to start return process or You can start you return by contacting us and sharing your query via Contact Us to raise exchange or return requests.
Its mandatory to add your order ID. E.g. injoy#1234 in the email.
Mobile number or email ID which was used to place the order.
Mention complete and all necessary details in the email for us to better understand the reason of refund and exchange, which helps us to improve the services.
Do not send multiple emails for the same query as it will cause confusion while providing proper resolution. We will get back to you with a reply within 4-6 working hours of your mail and try to provide the best possible resolution.

What is eligibility of exchange or return?
Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within 5 days (including the day of delivery) of delivery.
To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unwashed with the complete accessories included, and in the original packaging, which must also be in a resaleable condition.
Within 5 days after receiving the product, you can still return and exchange the product with InJoy Nation's approval if the items meet the return or exchange criteria stated above or otherwise.
We reserve the right not to agree to the return or exchange.

How many Exchange/Return requests can I make?
Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order. In some exception case if exchange is processed 2nd time an amount of Rs. 150.00 for domestic orders will be charged in additionally for collecting and resending the product.
If any product found used/washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How do I ensure seamless return or exchange?
For damaged product make sure you take enough evidence for better service, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the damage along with the original packaging images. If you do not have an unboxing videos and pictures of the order, we fail to verify the cause/damage and InJoy Nation will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products. Once the exchange is confirmed, the replacement will be processed within 15 business days, subject to the courier partner's service.
Kindly unbox the package carefully, if the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
The products must have the original sticker label attached, should be folded properly and should be packed properly so that it is not damaged in transit. Without it, the exchange will not be processed.
To ensure a smooth resolution process, please inspect the package for any signs of damage before opening it. If you notice any external damage to the package, take a video of the unopened package clearly showing the damage, and then notify us immediately at Contact Us. This video evidence will assist us in resolving the issue promptly and effectively. And will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
In the rare event that you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or if any item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance at Contact Us.
If you believe your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, contact our customer support team at Contact Us and provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting videos/images, as applicable.
Our customer support team will assess your request and, if eligible, provide approval for the return or exchange. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed, either by shipping the product back to us or providing further details for collection.
